Condo has its own WiFi. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room.
The deck is screened in with a propane gas grill. There are 4 high top bar chairs with table and 2 regular chairs. Kids Water park with Lazy River, Kids Playground, 1/2 Basketball Court, Picnic/Cookout Area, Main Zero entry pool with waterfall.
