The living room is carpeted, the kitchen is tile, the balcony is screened, has a table with 6 chairs, a settee that seats 2, and gas grill hooked to underground propane.
There are 4 Tvs & 4 DVD players one in the living room and 1 in each bedroom, WiFi, balcony with gas grill, and a gas fireplace for the cooler time of year. Enjoy a evening walk around the lighted walkway along the water or just enjoy a pleasant evening watching the sunset from your balcony.
